I hope you’re all having a great first week of September! Sorry for disappearing for the last week. Getting back into the swing of things with school is taking a bit more adjusting than I was anticipating, but I think once I find balance and a new schedule, all will be well. I also got a new puppy!
This is Alastor. He’s a little ball of energy and a great snuggle buddy. That green toy is his favorite, but he also has some other ones he loves to beat up. The squeaking of a squeaky toy is his favorite sound as well, as you’ll hear in some of my YouTube videos. If he’s behaving, you guys might also be seeing him in some videos soon!
So September is always a crazy month for me. It’s not only my birthday month (Sept. 12 😉) but also the start of the semester. I’m anticipating this semester to be a fairly busy one and I’m not sure what that’s going to do with my reading. I have a nice stack of audiobooks and ebooks that I’m hoping that I’m hoping to slowly work through on the train or when doing homework, but we’ll see.
Want to watch instead of read? Here’s my TBR in video form!
Here is my (slightly ambitious) tentative TBR:
Mask of Shadows by Linsey Miller
Halayda by Sarah Delena White
Across the Darkling Sea by K. Ferrin
The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts by K. C. Tansley
The Girl Who Saved Ghosts by K. C. Tansley
Daughter of the Burning City by Amanda Foody
Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
Down Among the Sticks and Bones by Seanan McGuire
I’m aware that eight books aren’t that many and my list isn’t that ambitious, but with my semester, I’m really not sure. Here’s to hoping that I knock these out along with some other books!
What books are you planning on reading this month? Let me know down in the comments!
