Hey everyone!
It’s that time of the month again, OwlCrate time! I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t thilled about this month’s theme. I have nothing against it, but Wanderlust just wan’t my thing.
I’m thrilled I still got the box because oh my god.
July’s theme was “Wanderlust.”
✈️✈️Spoilers for the July 2017 OwlCrate!✈️✈️
The contents of the box were:
✈️ The first thing I saw was the Funko Pop keychain of Newt Scamander! He’s so cute and I actually don’t have any Fantastic Beasts merch yet. 😬
✈️The next thing that caught my eye was the owl luggage tag created by @madpuppykids. This luggage tag is so cute!
✈️ @missphi created a STUNNING design from this pocket mirror. Inspired by A Darker Shade of Magic (which I really need to read), the mirror says “As Travars”.
✈️ We also got a pocket 📓 from @weareooly. Seven different designs were sent out. Which one did you get?
✈️We got a Lord of the Rings inspired backpack created exclusively for @owlcrate.
✈️ And a gorgeous art print created by @shaileyanndesign inspired by Looking for Alaska.
✈️ The book for this month was A Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee. This was NOT my guess in my June post, however, once I learned what this book was about, this did become my guess. This book came with an exclusive cover (as will the rest of the books for this year), a signed bookplate, a letter from the author, and a map of Europe inspired by the book.
This box was so much fun. I can’t wait to dive into this book and calm my wanderlust!
😈🦉Book Prediction!🦉😈
One thing I love to do is to try to guess the book for the following month.
August’s theme is Something Wicked This Way Comes!
I honestly have no clue what with book might be. Maybe The Rattled Bones by S. M. Parker or The Hearts We Sold by Emily Lloyd-Jones?
What do you think the book is going to be? Let me know in the comments!
What did you think of the contents of this month’s box?
