FairyLoot Unboxing

FairlyLoot Unboxing – June 2017

Hey everyone!

Today I received my second FairyLoot box. Ah the FairyLoot team continues to outdo themselves. Their boxes are so well done! If you’re thinking about subscribing, you definitely should! Their boxes sell out every month! July’s box is already sold out, but they will have a few unclaimed boxes available on July 3rd.

Ignore the damage on the logo. My post office was rough with the box. Fortunately nothing was broken or damaged.

June’s theme was “Elementalists”

🔥💧Spoilers for the June 2017 FairyLoot!🌲💨

💨 The frist item I saw in this month’s box was a candle from Witchwood Remedies. There were five different Stormheart candles that went out, inspired by the book of the month. I received Skyfire which had a bit of a spicy scent.

💧 The next thing I saw was a charcoal soap made exclusively by Ascent Bath and Body. The soap is entitled Clairvoyance and smells like white fig and pomegranate. The soap is made of a shea butter and activated charcoal, which leave the skin clean and soft!

🔥 FairyLoot revealed that we would get an item inspired by Avatar: The Last Airbender. This item by lip balm made by Geeky Clean. I got Fire Bender.

🌲 A bracelet created exclusively by In the Moment. This Hamsa Hand Bracelet was handmade and the bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. The hamsa hand is a protective symbol and is said to bring the owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune.

💨 We also got these adorable sticky notes! These potion sticky notes were made exclusively by FairyLoot. The purple potion is for health, blue is for magic power (mana), and yellow is for stamina.

💧FairyLoot also revealed that Miss Phi would be making an item for us. We got a pillow case, which is absolutely stunning. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The quote is from Steven King and says “Books are a uniquely portable magic.”

🔥 We also got this lovely postcard inspired by the Frostblood Saga by Elly Blake. The quote on the postcard says “Affairs between fire and frost rarely end well.” This postcard is super pretty, I love the artwork on it.

🌲 FairyLoot included a chapter sampler for The Walking Land by Callie Bates. I don’t know much about this book, but the synopsis sounds super interesting. This book will be released on June 29, 2017.

💨 Last but not least, the goodies inside the pouch. For those of you who don’t get FairyLoot, the company has a pouch with the logo on it which contains the book of the month, a letter from the author, a signed book-plate, the monthly FairyScoop, and the buddy read code. The book for this month was Roar by Cora Carmack, which was my guess from the May unboxing. Also this is one of the prettiest signed book-plate I’ve ever received from a subscription box.

💧 As mentioned above, FairyLoot includes a unique hashtag to connect with reading buddies. Mine is #fairyloot01541. If that’s your code, send me message!

Book Prediction!

Tricksters

One thing I love to do is to try to guess the book for the following month.

July’s theme is TRICKSTERS!

I think the book will be: Daughter of the Burning City by Amanda Foody

What do you think the book is going to be? Let me know down in the comments!
